ArTELIER FAQs
How do I become part of the project?
If you are an artist in Tasmania who work with communities, teaches or is interested in social change (all of you, right?), then join the ArTELIER team by filling in the form,. Its free with no obligations - and no small print!
Can I run a Learning Exchange?
If you have an idea for a Learning Exchange or feel you can contribute further to the sessions tell us. ArTELIER artists are at the heart of this project and design and deliver sessions on a range of subjects and in a variety of places across Tasmania.
How do you mean I get paid to attend?
Yes, that’s right. Our principal is that most professionals get paid for their professional development so we believe independent artists should too. There is a $250 spend for each attendance. You just need to send a PDF invoice for payment to artelier@allthatweare.org.au
Is there any support to travel to sessions?
Yes, we can support with travel. We have rates to travel from Burnie to Launceston, Burnie to Hobart and Hobart to Launceston. Send us an email with you proposed journey and we will confirm the amount you can include in the invoice. We want you there! If you can’t make it you can join with ZOOM.
How else can I contribute?
As an ArTELIER artist you become the driver of this program and can contribute to Learning Exchanges, suggest projects, share your practice, contact other artists, attend free SATELLITE events and bring some food to share for the lunches!
What is this SLACK thing?
