Catherine Morse
Catherine Morse is an artist-educator who works from a multi-modal arts practice, including visual arts, performative practices, and musical play. She has worked with both children & adults within community arts organisations, government institutions, small & large festival spaces to create play-based arts environments. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Tasmanian School of Art, an Associate Diploma of Music from the Australian Music Education Board, a Bachelor of Teaching from the University of Tasmania, and certificates in art therapy & yoga for children. Catherine currently teaches piano & piano accordion in Hobart and is working film maker Amy Brown on a project connecting children in Gaza with children in Hobart through painting, drawing & film. Catherine has a passion for play.
